What you’ll love and what you won’t
The breakfast selection was AMAZING! ! Full English, cereals, and fresh juice made mornings delightful. Joanne’s attentive hosting and comfortable rooms, complete with fridges, ensured a cozy stay.
The location is a bit far from the beach. it's a mile walk to reach the sand. Parking could be tricky in peak season with all the nearby attractions.

The room featured a lovely large collection of birds in the garden, adding a unique charm to the environment. Breakfast times were conveniently allocated, allowing for a full English that many guests enjoyed.
Access to the bed felt tight, making movement cumbersome in the room. The toilet seat was loose, and the lack of a fan contributed to a warm environment with thin curtains that let in morning light. We encountered noise from the main road, often disturbed by the revving of motorcycles, and our luggage had to stay on the floor, creating a potential trip hazard.

The spacious standard double room offered some comfortable amenities with a mini fridge for drinks, making it feel like a small home away from home. Breakfast included a delightful selection that got the day started right, with Italian coffee that hit the spot.
The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, with dog hairs on the floor and bathroom mat. Some cobwebs hanging out above the bed. Privacy was an issue too, since the windows faced the reception area—very visible if anyone stopped by. And don't even get me started on the noise. a nearby road was pretty distracting.

The spacious standard double room offered limited privacy due to windows facing the reception area, necessitating closed blinds during the stay. cleanliness was lacking with visible dog hairs on the floor and bathroom mat. The noise from the nearby road was noticeable but not excessively disruptive at night. the Italian coffee served was excellent, contributing to a pleasant start to the day.
